I think Saxon deserves to be elected to the rock and roll hall of fame.
They are one of the best heavy metal bands of all time they have been rocking for 40+ years and sold 15+ million albums world wide.
They have one of the best Vocalists Biff Byford, 2 Great lead guitarists Paul Quinn and Doug Scarratt , a super talented Bass Player Nibbs Carter and one of heavy metal's best drummers Nigel Glocker.
They have released great albums over the years , Strong of the law 1980, Wheels of Steel 1980, Denium and Leather 1981, Power and the Glory 1983, Crusader 1984, Solid ball of rock 1991, Forever free 1992, Dogs of war 1995, Unleash the beast 1997, Metal head 1999, Killing ground 2001, Lionheart 2004, The inner sanctum 2007, Into the Labyrinth 2008, Call to arms 2011, sacrifice 2013, Battering ram 2015, Thunderbolt 2018 and Carpe Deium 2022. They are one of the greatest live bands ever.
They have their own unique style which is brillant.
They have influenced the great thrash band Metallica.

7% chance but zero radio play in denva area

Nazareth 8% chance and 25 recordings really should have gotten in prior to The Cars.
32% chance for Thin Lizzy granted they have some good stuff but also some dud stuff like The Cars
Iron Maiden up the Irons I expect them to get in and this site says 32% chance but they are on quite a few lists of bans that should be in that aren't and they get prattle in real life.

Uncle Ted belongs in but only 14% chance according to this website.

Now Uriah Heep like SaXoN not famous but they should be in!!!! Fire Fly and Sea of Light are excellent.

Solid Ball of Rock better then most recordings by The Cars. So yea I would have rather had SaXoN in.. UFO a 15% chance. Lights Out and The Wild The Willing and The innocent are excellent... Glad Judas Priest got in and if you think they or April Wine tied with SaXoN at 7% are an 80s band check out their 70s stuff. Guess we could say that about SaXoN as well...

SAXON
is a band that has released amazing albums from 1979 until today with a continuous discography, they are amazing in their live performances.
They have one of the best voices with a killer guitar duo!!! With an amazing drummer and an equally fantastic bass player, millions of fans all over the world.
For me and millions of others it is the most honest, stable heavy metal band!!!!

Οι SAXON είναι μια τεράστια μπάντα με τεράστια δισκογραφία μια δισκογραφία γεμάτη αριστούργηματα !!!
Αξίζουν και θα πρέπει να έχουν μια τέτοια διάκριση και για εμένα προσωπικά είναι η καλύτερη heavy metal μπάντα που έχει επηρεάσει πάρα πολλές μπάντες όπως οι Metallica!!!!
