Like Fripp got more coverage for his antics with his wife doing cover songs than KC did for their recent tour. Not everyone watches fantano or uses Rym. Even pitchfork doesn't seem to have a hard on for them. They're respected and seen as influential but they're not a band people seem to go to bat for irl. They got passed over for Genesis, rush, yes, peter Gabriel, yes, and Kate Bush. I suspect supertramp, ELP, or meat loaf is more likely than them to show up on a ballot |
