Last time I knew that this is the Rock and Rollhall of fame NOT this RAP SHIT Music. Posted by Tracy lundie on Saturday, 02/1/2014 @ 12:17pm |
Probably because Motley Crue sucks ass (IMO). Posted by Paul in KY on Saturday, 02/1/2014 @ 17:51pm |
I think it's a tragedy that Chicago has not been induced to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I guess the induction committee is hard of hearing. Posted by Allison Mastrangelo on Monday, 02/3/2014 @ 12:15pm |

On this list the only 2 I see that should make it into the (ROCK n ROLL) Hall of Fame are The Black Crowds and Alice in Chains. There are slot of bands that I enjoy that are eligible but these are the only 2 real rock bands.I think diversity can be good but it's not the music hall of fame ,it's the ROCK n Roll Hall of Fame. lol the rnrhof has never just been rock. Posted by GFW on Sunday, 03/30/2014 @ 10:27am |
I would think Smashing Pumpkins & maybe Mariah Carey would get in at some point. Posted by Paul in KY on Monday, 03/31/2014 @ 15:03pm |
Moby Grape, Quicksilver Messenger Service and Country Joe & the Fish are all classic rock bands that should have been inducted long time ago, same thing for the 13th Floor Elevators. Also Connie Francis, the first female Rock & Roll star has been overlooked. Posted by Tony on Wednesday, 04/16/2014 @ 18:06pm |
Does anyone read anything on here??? lol who cares. We know public opinion doesn't matter! It about the assholes who will put Yo La Tengo ahead of King Crimson and do on. Run DMC is in the Rock Hall of Fame and The Moody Blues, Yes etc aren't. Lol Posted by Will Houston on Saturday, 04/26/2014 @ 00:25am |

The Rock and Roll hall of fame is like any other hall,it omits the the greats like Chicago,ELO,Three Dog Night,The Spinners,Diana Ross,Lionel Richie,Phil Collins, etc. It's pretty sad and even sick to overlook the greatest of the last 30 years of rock and roll.Hall of Fame's like Baseball and Football have the same problems and because of some idiotic rules that prevents them from entering the hall. There are better acts that deserve to be in the hall than KISS,like the acts that I just mentioned. The Rock and Roll hall of fame are for those artists that have had a profound influence on music, the public and shaping music. People and groups who have effected society and the hearts of the people who listen. Posted by Michael Clements on Saturday, 05/31/2014 @ 20:31pm |

Why Don't you have "Weird Al" Yankovic on the list for nomination. His first Album "Weird Al" Yankovic was released in 1983. He and his Band have sold more Comedy Albums then anyone else. Posted by Brendan Thibodeau on Tuesday, 07/8/2014 @ 22:06pm |
Brendan, Weird Al has been eligible for several years. This is only acts that are newly eligible in 2015. Posted by Paul in KY on Wednesday, 07/9/2014 @ 15:18pm |
When will one of the greatest bands of all time be inducted in? The band I speak of is Chicago!!!! I SAY THAT IT IS FINALLY TIME TO PUT THEM IN!!!!! Posted by William J Burgess on Wednesday, 07/23/2014 @ 14:52pm |
I think that the Commodores should be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015 and Smokey Robinson should induct them. Also you should have Backstreet Boys induct somebody like maybe the Osmonds, Stylistics, or New Edition, Have Usher induct maybe Barry White, Rick James. Chubby Checker should finally be inducted, and We still disagree with you having Justin Timberlake inducting the O'jays in 2005. That honor should have gone to either Don Cornelius or Eddie Levert's sons Gerald and Sean of Levert. That was very racist and insulting. I really do think Backstreet Boys should induct New Edition. That's my serious opinion. Please consider this. Thank You. Posted by Victor Richardson on Wednesday, 09/10/2014 @ 16:44pm |

Absolute shame that Johnny Rivers isn't in this hall along with Three Dog Night and Paul Revere & The Raiders. Posted by Wesley Helton on Thursday, 10/16/2014 @ 18:56pm |
How can so many years now the Moody blues have been overlooked as in inductee into the rock 'n roll Hall of Fame me. They had so many top 40 hits and you were so influential into the rock 'n roll music scene of the 60s and 70s how can this injustice continue to go on year after. vote the Moody blues in Posted by Tim Burke on Saturday, 12/27/2014 @ 15:45pm |

I do feel that you guys are leaving out some of the corner stones of rock. What Motley crue was in the 80s, and the Monkees were in the 60s.And what the Carpenters were in the 70s. Posted by william ott on Tuesday, 08/2/2022 @ 19:59pm |
