One of the very few Greatest Vocalists of all times & Divas. Plus, her discography is stoned into R&B history.

Toni was never going to be first year eligibility inductee, that said, she will get in eventually. R&B has always had an influence on rock music and Toni is no different.

She had a lot of problems that derailed her career. She made no money from her first record deal and had a lot of legal issues overturning it that stalled her momentum. Also, it seems like record companies did not promote her much afterwards (she did win some awards, but she wasn't pushed on MTV by 2000-2001). For her talent, she could have done much better and is mostly glossed over although she really was huge in the mid 90s.
