As the premier example of the soft soul school of music, and with so many hits over the years , I can think of no better example of a largely ignored school of music deserving of a place in the Hall than the Stylistics. Please review their significant contribution to our musical history and their specific type of soft soul music and consider this group for admission into the Rock and Roll Hall of Music. Many thanks! I cannot believe they aren't in rock and roll hall of fame. They bridge Motown of 60's and disco from mid to late70's. The lyrics are deep down. I can't really describe the depth I feel inside when I listen to their songs. Posted by Madeline Spinelli on Saturday, 08/16/2025 @ 20:52pm |
