They were the innovators of of human beat boxing. Of course they deserve an induction. DMC have been inducted, but no the Fat Boys? It makes no sense.

I have to agree! Who else could do rap and surf with the Beach Boys doing Wipe Out and make it work..? True.geniuses....Very funny video ,,,,, The Twist is a Hoot also...

It's about time that the Fat Boys be recognized in the hall of fame and in old school rap. It's like you never hear anyone play their songs when playing old school hip hop.

I wonder if the Fat Boys being considered for future induction is why the HoF is finally inducting Chubby Checker in 2025?

It might be sort of awkward to induct the Fat Boys before the creator of their most famous cover version (The Twist) was even in? Just a thought.
