If the Rock Hall was to delve deeper into SoCal punk, it would probably be Black Flag. And then probably Social Distortion, but the third next band after THEM would be The Circle Jerks.

Having said that… the deeper cut West Coast acts are probably going to be skipped over just like UK punk was.
