The vocalization on the D's most recent album, Rize of the Fenix is absolutely amazing. All of their music is very well put together, and coming from another musician, Kyle Gass is an amazing acoustic guitarist. Tenacious D deserves a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Tenacious should be in the Hall of Fame. People are saying they aren't serious enough but that's the point. Music has gotten so serious that people forget what it was really for. Tenacious reminds people to let loose and just have fun which is what music is all about. Also, they are really good at what they do. Not many people can write a song about Kielbasa sausage and make it sound awesome. Their vocals are great, they have creative riffs, and they embrace a part of music that most people forgot about.

Sure but i feel like jack and kyle would not want to be inducted. They're grammy win for metal performance was widely seen as an insult to the genre and i think jack and kyle would want to avoid getting another similar honour over before better examples of metal and comedy music did

it is fitting as they wrote the greatest and best song in the world: Tribute.

How 'serious' does a band have to be? What determines a band's level of sincerity? The D is comprised of extraordinarily talented musicians who are extremely popular in the US and wildly popular abroad in every venue they play—and they have played all over the world.

Tenacious D are very talented and sexy and get lots of women and don't make bad music. We-I mean I think they should have been in the inaugural class.
