The subject of the 2012 Academy Award winning documentary, SEARCHING FOR SuGAR MAN. Could be inducted just because of that film's legacy (with time).

Loved the guy I vote yes on the HOF. I would have loved to have got to sit down with him and meet him.They searched long and hard for him. I got to tell you I found him in about an hour with zip codes and found out he resided 10 miles from my Aunt in Detroit.Anyway put him in the HOF His producer Clarence "crook"Avante went in on his first ballot.Dont reward the bad and not the good.This is going on my tombstone words from a song writer:……but thanks for your time, now you can thank me for mine.and after that's said … forget it!!!!genius put him on the ballot first run put him in and forget about it.be sure and spell his name right! Oh and by the way put John Prine in too at the same time if you can. And for my 3rd wish put Jim plunkett in canton enshrine his head and put it by Tom Flores . Peace out Smith
