Not gonna happen, but “Never Gonna Give You Up” should get a “back door” induction. Only because I want this dude to Rick Roll everyone for the HOF ceremonies soon as possible - he would make a lot of headlines for that.

Rick Astley had two hits. His two hits were "Never Gonna Give You Up" and "Together Forever." Those are the only Rick Astley songs I can think of.

I feel like the meme Never Gonna Give You Up had became is really the only reason I think of for why Rick Astley should possibly be considered. Like all the covers and references and the rickrolling. There was the Barackroll in the 2008 election. There was the Ralphroll in Ralph Breaks the Internet. Astley did do a pianoforte version later on. I like to say there's an old english version out there. I feel like Together Forever was his only other big hit. But for any consideration would likely just be because he's the guy behind the rickroll.
