While I respect PSY's older work... His recent work has been too poppy (Gangam Style anyone?) for hall of fame standards... Also he has not really blown up till recently. Plus his work is not in English... With all those things against him I would have to say no... Although I did love "It's Art"

I agree I think just because everyone knows his song "Gangam Style" he makes a lot of poppy music now and it just kills me!!!
