In my book the greatest rapper of all time. Nas was my voice when I was a teenager and at my age of 43 he still is my voice. Thank you Nas for telling our story for every project and all over. Posted by Gates on Wednesday, 01/22/2020 @ 05:08am |
Nas is the GOAT EMCEE. And if you unbiasedly analyze his first verse from 92s "Live At The Barbecue" to now, it's not even close. No other EMCEE has been this consistently great for a nearly 30-year period. His 94' debut classic, "Illmatic" is regarded as the Hip Hop staple centerpiece, and yet 27 years later, "King's Disease" is nominated for "Rap Album of the Year" at the Grammys. When has Hip Hop ever seen such excellence?! It honestly hasn't. He should've been in his first year of eligibility in 2018 without question. Posted by Poetics on Wednesday, 03/3/2021 @ 07:20am |

KING NAS IS GODS SON. THE KING OF HIPHOP. SAVE THE GREATESTB FOR LAST BECAUSE AFTER HIM THERE WILL BE NONE. Posted by Marley on Sunday, 06/4/2023 @ 10:43am |
After Lauryn Hill, he should be next 90s hip hop act to be included. His run of seven consecutive platinum albums, plus having one of the greatest rap albums ever in Illmatic, should make him a very obvious choice. But I'm not sure why the Rock Hall doesn't seem to value him that highly. Posted by |
