Too early? Of course, elgibility is only a short 17 years away.

But two albums in and the records are insane - the longest consecutive charting record on top the Billboard 200 since the 90s, more weeks on top the Billboard 200 then any artist in the 2020s (even Swift), 36 tracks on Hot 100 at once, first male country act to top the Hot 100 since the early 80s. All for a reinvented form of country that combines different genres as its influence and all after shaking a decent controversy.

If that influence is really felt, the success keeps on coming in and guitar-based music makes a comeback, even in a pop country format, he is a definite lock, much more then any late 2010s/early 2020s debuting artist so far
