She definitely deserves to!!! Regardless of what some of my fellow Americans think of it, you just can't ignore the longevity she has in the music industry, there aren't many Female artists who survived the 80's and are still big stars today, I can think of only her and Madonna right now... Plus she's considered as one of the most powerful women in the UK after the Queen herself, so big fat YES from me.

Kylie Minogue deserves serious consideration for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Her five‑decade career, 80+ million records sold, multiple major awards, and ongoing influence on pop production, performance, and club culture make her a clear cultural force whose impact extends well beyond genre labels.
The Hall's current rock‑centric framing risks overlooking artists who reshaped popular music in other idioms; Kylie's global reach and sustained innovation merit inclusion on those grounds.

Supporting arguments:
Commercial scale and longevity — Kylie has sold over 80 million records worldwide and remains a charting, touring, and streaming presence across five decades, showing sustained cultural relevance rather than a brief pop moment.
Major industry recognition — She's received numerous awards including Grammy Awards, BRITs Global Icon, and multiple ARIAs, demonstrating peer and industry validation beyond fan enthusiasm.
Artistic influence on production and performance — Producers, DJs, and pop acts cite Kylie's work (from Fever to Disco and Tension) as shaping dance‑pop aesthetics, vocal production, and the integration of club culture into mainstream pop. This is influence on musical practice, not just chart positions.
Cross‑generational and cross‑market impact — Kylie has scored No.1 albums in multiple decades and maintained relevance in Europe, Australia, and global streaming markets, showing the kind of broad cultural footprint the Hall claims to honor.
Precedent for non‑rock inductees — The Hall has inducted artists outside strict rock traditions when their influence on popular music and culture was clear; arguing Kylie's case is consistent with that precedent and with a broader interpretation of "rock and roll" as cultural influence.
