The ignorance of the Hispanic music world by the Rock Hall of Fame is palpable. Confirmed stars such as Jose Feliciano, Julio Iglesias, Freddie Fender, etc., are ignored as we watch the Cindy Laupers, the Chers and NWAs of this world be inducted with honors while those great musicians and singers stand outside looking in. On a day when even Dolly Parton gets into the Rock HOF, it would behove that institution to honor these ever present artists before their passing. The naysayers will off course come out to deny their worth, but for millions of us rock and pop music fans who also enjoy Latin music, they are as deserving or more than many of those already inducted. Just an honest opinion.
