Teens of Denial is one of the best rock albums I’ve heard in a long ass time.

I’m pretty sure they’re gonna grow. They already have a large internet following.

Saw This band, fronted by Will Toledo (excellent rock name), at Bonnaroo back in 2017.

Really enjoyed their set.

Someday, 40 odd years from now - I'll check back on this page when Will Toledo finally gets inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Teens of Denial and his other EP's were a breath of fresh air, to me at least. Rock music was in a bad place in the early 2010's. Cringey rock bands like Imagine Dragons and Coldplay dominated the charts, and hip-hop was the mainstream. Pop music was sad thanks to the hipster indie scene finally breaking into the mainstream. Car Seat Headrest's music put me in a familiar place, a safe space with an angst that resonated with me. I always thought that Car Seat Headrest was the Nirvana of my generation. I was 24 years old when I wrote this.
