Saw him perform at Loufest this weekend. After seeing him for the first time, I realized its no wonder Buddy Guy is one of the greatest concert attractions of all-time. Of all the acts that day, Guy was having the most fun on stage out of everyone. He was very cool and humorous, giving St. Louis a lot of crap (he's from Chicago, what to expect, right? lol). Did several covers, even imitating Marvin Gaye on 'Ain't That Peculiar'. For a non-mainstream artist who has won many lifetime accolades, I was impressed. If you haven't already, see him while you can.

You could go through all his studio albums

You can find his sound has been always evolving, which is very rare for acts with long career

He rarely repeats himself and has always been adapting the new blues sounds
