Better to mock a kid diddler then to be one, or to blindly ignore the fact that he was one.

John & Edward Grimes seems like obvious Hall inductees. Even though the Era of Jedward began in 2009, the Irish twins didn't actually release an official single till 2010. Hence they don't technically become eligible till 2035.... unless the Hall fixes its rules in the meantime.

Broken Bells has a good shot considering Dangermouse and James Mercer could possibly already be in with Gnarls Barkley and the Shins.

I think Bruno Mars and Foster the People will be the best options if I had to vote now.

Young The Giant should be on the list of Arists who be eligible for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They make their first recording and debut album in 2010, Year later they had hit singles My Body and Cough Syrup.

To the best of my knowledge, there's only one great artist who began recording in 2010, and he doesn't even have a page on FRL. Who is this magnificent person, you might ask? Why, it's JD McPherson!
His first album was released by Hi-Style Records, but has since received a major-label release from Rounder Records this past April. His style is heavily influenced by all the rockabilly/rhythm & blues greats (i.e., Buddy Holly, Little Richard, Ruth Brown, Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, etc.). But don't mistake him for a mere cover act. All of his material on his first album is completely original.
It gives me great pleasure to know that there is at least one contemporary artist who has an appreciation for the roots of rock 'n roll and is keeping the torch burning for great music. I can't recommend him enough.
