For all the heavy metal fans, this is (from what I know) Japans' best of that genre. Lead guitarist Akira Takasaki is very highly regarded. Yes or No? Check em out.

Okay people, we got FRH (now FRL) to put up a page for these guys. Now, where are all you fans of this quintessential(?) Japanese Heavy Metal group ... Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia, what do you say about Loudness?

This is a group of super talented people who for years have influenced current and future muscians world wide. loudness proved that you do not have to sell millions just in the U.S. Loudness has performed all over the world for years. Akira started his on guitar company, record label and performed on his albums guest spots, Minoru has played in several other bands (sly, xyz-a, etc.)they have continued to grow and express their vast talents including writing scores for Japanese anime before they were cool in the U.S. and continue to this day. For Loudness not to be in the Hall of Fame already is a shame and that the Hall of Fame can consider a band like (a-ha) who was a one hit wonder goes to show all of us that the Hall of Fame is for the people but the money.
