The Call is one of the most deserving bands that have not gotten the respect and recognition they deserve. It is their 40th anniversary in 2021. Michael Been, Scott Musick, Tom Ferrier, Jim Goodwin, Greg Freeman and Steve Huddleston were a passionate, dedicated and inspired group that never got what they deserved. If you look at all of the other contributions to music the individual members made on top of THE CALL. There is no question they deserve to be inducted into the Hall of fame.

The Call is probably the most underrated band of the last 40 years. Their lyrics have such wisdom and they rock!

Please add my favorite band of all time to the Rock Legends roster. Each and every album is a masterpiece. They gave everyone they touched love, hope, and compassion making this world a better place for all.

Arguably one of the best American mainstream rock bands of the 80s, with seven top 40 hits including the number one Let the Day Begin, let history not forget this great band. They have clearly earned a place in the hall.

The Call is the most underrated Rock n Roll band of the 80's and 90's. Michael Been was a masterful lyricist with a powerful angelic voice. It's time THE CALL get's the recognition they deserve. They toured with Garth Hudson on the road and went on the road with Peter Gabriel, Simple Minds and so many others. It's time to induct them into the Hall of Fame.

I wasn't one of the lucky ones that got to see The Call early in their career, but when I heard them @ Pazazz in 1986 in Corpus Christi. I knew they were special. Michael Been's voice was so distinctive & the chemistry of the band plus the Amazing lyrics that Michael wrote were iconic & epic. They were truly ahead of their time & "I Still Believe" that is why their music is legendary & still Alive. They absolutely deserve to be inducted into the Oklahoma Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Had Michael Been not passed away
