Every voter can nominate three albums from 1900-2023. Nominations will end at 8 PM Central on the 3rd. Each voter must vote for exactly 8 albums to have their ballot count. I will assign a value of 1-X (with X being the number of remaining years and year groupings eligible for the project) to each year (sorted chronologically) and the year that corresponds to the randomly selected number will be used for the month's genre vote.
