Liam Hewitt is a genius, no doubt about it

Yes. Well, who crossed electronica and rock successfully before them?

Check. Plenty of electronic groups/DJ's cite them, such as Pendulum.

Strength of Catalogue?

Experience is THE only non-comp rave album you REALLY need. Jilted Generation shows them at their electronic high-point. And Fat Of the Land is just plain wicked!

Forget about Always ain't total cack, but it sure as hell ain't worth mentioning here.

Cultural Impact/Sales? (I know...)

See: the release of Fat of The Land.

I'd still choose the Chemical Brothers over them.

Doubt it'll happen but I don't see why not.

I'll say what I said on the Aphex Twin page, electronic is not well-respected by the HoF. The Prodigy won't see an induction for quite some time, but it's possible.

Security Question:

Which letter is Springsteen's band named after?
