Saw them close 2013 LouFest! Best set of day, can certainly see why they headlined. Played for about 2 hours. No encore though, when they quit, they quit. Had a wild fireworks ending. Probably around 20,000 there for set.

Played Queen song 'Somebody to Love', along with all their hits (also most of 'Battle Born'.

Lead singer reminds me (in terms of big voice from a not-so-big body) with the lead singer of fun.

Would highly recommend this band for anyone wanting to see them live.

Killers really came out swinging with Hot Fuss. Like those songs. Mr.Brightside & Somebody Told Me. Became stars really fast & popular too.
Their was so much love & popularity for The Killers. I think it went to their heads some. I remember Adam Duritz talking about the next album Recovering The Satellites about CC becoming grounded & back to Earth after the incredible success of Mr.(()Homes )Jones .

It would be arrogant to write off The Killers since there is a lack of quality bands. 4 albums I've listened to have been good. I wasn't keen on Sam's Town on 1st listen but I like it more now. They have 15 years before lock eligibility 2029 or they might only be another good rock band who squandered their talent. The Killers will decide their future... KING

Killers don't get as much respect as I think they deserve. In an era where guitar bands were becoming somewhat niche they broke through and released crazy popular songs. They probably would need one more good album to get in but I think they deserve it now. Time should help them, Hot Fuss has held up incredibly well.

Very few bands have been able to grow and evolve musically in the way that The Killers have done over the last 2 decades. My personal favourite era is Day & Age but every single album (studio or otherwise) has its own signature. Imploding The Mirage & Pressure Machine have been incredible. My opinion is that they absolutely deserve it.

The Killers Hot Fuss album is definitely one of the best 100%! All their albums after are pretty great too with a lot of hit songs in there, but the way Brandon Flowers changes his look and style with every album is what makes him and the band fun and unique rock stars. Also, the passion they exude for making good music….they definitely are worthy to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Whether you like their style of music or not, they for sure earned it! It's time!!

Though not mainstream, The Killers are an iconic group. They put on an amazing show with phenomenal material- please induct them ASAP!
