I'm glad I found "your" kaleidoscope. Did you listen to the song? Kings Kaleidoscope is one of my absolute favorite of current bands. They are out of the Seattle area. Saw them in concert a couple of years ago. Amazing! Maybe they could be a new discovery for you.

New Song Substituted In place of....
Lainey Wilson - Watermelon Moonshine (2022). I have been informed the song Watermelon Moonshine was released in 2022. Therefore, it is not a 2023 year song and cannot be in competition in the Year Song selected by the Random Number Generator (2023). Kenmil-Thanks for finding my kaleidoscope! LOL! Love the Beck-Timebomb selection. I nominate this song a few times before. Just fell short. Somebody picked it up but I think it didn't make it. Maybe, this time Beck-Timebomb earns induction. Great to see Cover Songs. I enjoyed when Cover Songs was selected over 12 months ago. Hoping Rich Men North Of Richmond does better this time around. I nominated it last year. It sort of had a cult following and resonating with people. Will be happy to earn my 4 Albums and 4 Song selections in May. KING

Joe S. - This is more of an observation but why wouldn't you just nominated Jefferson Airplane/Jefferson Starship/Starship for the Artist Vote? There's, of course, no rules that states/dictates you cannot nominate multiple songs from the same artists (or similar variations) but it strikes me a little odd.

*Jupiter just missed being inducted by one vote in last month's year vote. I think it is one of EW&F's best songs, and should be inducted.
**Another Star is significant hit song from Stevie Wonder's masterpiece, Songs in the Key of Life.
***Switchfoot does not have any songs inducted in this project, yet. It is about time, and Stars is one of their best.
