About The Song Project, Rick Vendl II wrote:
A work with a spiritual focus, "Holly Holy" was influenced by gospel music and was Diamond's favorite of the songs he had written to that point.

About Revisited Projected Rankings, Darren wrote:
  Voting is now closed.

Note: I had to remove Paul K's nominations, as he hasn't kept up with replacement nominations. Paul K's previous nominees will be retained in my records in case he decides to re-join the project.

Note: I couldn't count joker's nomination for King Crimson this round because it was the only band that was nominated. At this point in the ranking process, a minimum of 75 nominations is required to be included towards initial ranking vote qualification. You, along with any other interested voters, can continue to participate in the rankings votes, even if you don't have the required number of nominated performers.

The following performers received at least 10 votes and are eligible for the initial ranking vote:

Bill Haley & His Comets
Carl Perkins

Any voter who would like to participate is eligible to vote, even if they didn't nominate any performers in the project as of yet.

To vote in the tiebreaker, select 25 performers and rank them in order of preference. The highest ranked song will receive 25 points, the second highest 24 and so on.

The 15 performers that receive the most points (with more than 15 possible in the case of a tie) will advance to the final rankings, which will determine Performers #101-#115 in the 2017 Rankings.

There will be 3 days of voting. Voting will end at 10 PM Central (votes accepted until 11 PM Central) on Sunday the 25th.
