Now that the new class has been announced which acts do you think benefit the most?

For example this is what I think

A Tribe Called Quest- Now that they're in Outkast hopefully won't be far behind or maybe they take a shot at De La Soul.

Ozzy Osbourne- Try Iron Maiden again, though another easy win would be Ronnie James Dio via Musical Excellence.

Foreigner- Boston or Bad Company might be next

Peter Frampton- Same as Foreigner.

Dave Matthews Band- Hopefully Phish

Cher- Among female soloists of the past maybe Roberta Flack or Diana Ross solo?

Mary J. Blige- Also Roberta Flack but if they want to go with solo R&B maybe Luther Vandross. Since she's the queen of Hip-Hop/Soul maybe Queen Latifah or Salt n' Pepa?

Kool & the Gang- War perhaps?

Dionne Warwick- Same as Cher plus maybe the Carpenters if they want to go mellow.

MC5- Who are we kidding? New York Doll for a side category can't be far behind

Jimmy Buffet- I see this filling the boomer singer/songwriter slot that the Hall loves so maybe John Denver or Harry Nilsson?

Big Mama Thornton- Hard to say where they go with Influence but Memphis Minnie anyone?

power

I think Alanis made some enemies when she ditched the rock hall induction of Carly Simon because she sees the obvious sexism in its institution. With that being said, Sinead having one American hit shouldn't be a detriment. If the hall thinks that's her only claim to fame in America then she wouldn't have been nominated in the first place. I mean, Amy Winehouse is one of the most iconic singers now years after her death, but if you asked someone who isn't a huge fan of her music if they can name a song besides Rehab, they'll more than likely give you a blank look.

I don't know why, but I think the Peter Frampton being an inductee has grown on me.
