Liam...I always heard good things about the Waterboys (I guess they evolved into World Party?) But the only song I heard was "Whole Of The Moon" which I thought was unique. Went to Rhapsody, and of course, they're not licensed (although World Party was). What to do...

Probably get The Waterboys first four albums: "The Waterboys", "A Pagan Place", "This Is The Sea" and "Fisherman's Blues". My personal favourite song is "This Is The Sea".

I'm not really very aware of The World Party, but I know enough to tell you that Karl Wallinger left The Waterboys to form them.

World Party is excellent stuff. Yoou should check it out - start with "Goodbye Jumbo". If you like Waterboys i think you will really find World party intriging. I always thought Wallinger was kind of quietly unnoticed with this project.

Thanks Blue, I'll be sure to check out The World Party when I have a chance.

A couple of songs by them that I'm familiar with are "Ship Of Fools" and "(She's) Making It All Come True"...I like them both.
