Although they're still a little small to be a first-ballot band, their incredible discography and critical approval means that they'll be in sooner than later.

These guys have been quintessential hit makers for years. Unfortunately, corporate America radio stations are too stupid to give them the air play they're due. Beautiful and catchy melodies with the amazing Neko Case as front woman. Look at all the commericals that play their tunes in the background.
FIrst round inductees, they should be, but then again, look how long it took the Zombies -- another staple that's been pushed aside for the manufactured auto tuned pop shit America has adopted. Don't matter that they're Canadian -- they still rock!

Brilliant band. They have released one amazing album after another. Even after their critically acclaimed 3rd album, Twin Cinema, they have released 3 masterpiece albums in a row in my opinion: Challengers (2007), Together (2010) and Brill Bruisers (2014).

Anyone unfamiliar with them, should start with these songs, imho:

"Mass Romantic" (2000) from Mass Romantic
"All for Swinging You Around" (2003) from Electric Version
"Twin Cinema" (2005) from Twin Cinema
"The Bleeding Heart Show" (2005) from Twin Cinema
"The Bones of an Idol" (2005) from Twin Cinema
"Failsafe" (2007) from Challengers, a very alluring song and one of their best imho
"Challengers" (2007) from Challengers
"Adventures in Solitude" (2007) from Challengers
"Mutiny, I Promise You" (2007) from Challengers
"A Bite Out of My Bed" (2010) from Together
"We End Up Together" (2010) from Together
"Moves" (2010) from Together
"Wide Eyes" (2014) from Brill Bruisers
"Marching Orders" (2014) from Brill Bruisers
"Champions of Red Wine" (2014) from Brill Bruisers
"High Ticket Attractions" (2017) from Whiteout Conditions
"Higher Beams" (2019) from In the Morse Code of Brake Lights
"The Surprise Knock" (2019) from In the Morse Code of Brake Lights

"Ready to bolt
at the first glimpse of failsafe
Signing my checks
with a name that's not mine"

Great band, Tahvo. Really enjoy their music. Will have to list their songs I have on my iPod.
