"Walk Away Renee" excellent example of the influence of the Zombies' Baroque pop sound

Left Banke - "Walk Away Renee" "Pretty Ballerina" "She May Call You Up Tonight" "Desiree" "Dark Is The Bark" and many others totally outclass the majority of pop songs. Left Banke is documented as a strong influence on: Oasis - Michael Stipe - Boston - The Raspberries - The Wondermints - and literally hundreds of bands and singers. Wrote all their own material - coined the term Baroque Rock - liked by George Harrison, Leonard Bernstein, Brian Wilson - Paul Mc Cartney - Steven Tyler - Alice Cooper - Linda Ronstadt - Keith Richard - and countless other music luminaries.
