This band was definitely more than just "Pick Up The Pieces". They're worth a listen to anyone with a subscription music service. "A Love Of Your Own" is one of the best ballads ever (my opinion). I wouldn't be surprised to see them eventually get in.

Like 'em, but I wouldn't make any aggressive moves to put them in.

I like them. I hope they do get in, but it wont be a major loss if they dont.

In a word...no. They were good, just not good enough.

Amazing musicians, superb songwriting on the first six albums. Also great arrangeme ts and live stage presence. No other band ever mixed funk and jazz so well. Absolutely belong in.

Play That Funky Music White Boy was not by the Average White Band, it was by Wild Cherry.

Absolutely. Crisp funky/soul band and had MANY songs that defined them much more than Pick Up The Pieces or Cut The Cake. Like NWA said...Rock and Roll is Spirit!!
