The greatest voice in Rock'n'Roll history, great song writer and an outstanding showman.

His hotels are way overrated. The continental breakfast just consists of cereal, yogurt and a buffet where the eggs are really runny and the bacon is cold. Last time I stayed there I had some stuff ripped off. I suspected the custodial staff and complained but they did nothing.

Snap out of it people, Steve Marriott was, and still is THE MAN. Nobody could hold a candle to Steve Marriott in concert. The highest energy performer I've ever seen, and I've seen alot. A very good guitar player as well, but those pipes were unmatched by anyone, in my opinion. Grow up little one's, he puts the shallow new music world to shame.

Steve Marriott was one of the greatest frontmen in all of history. Incredible, incredible voice, and no one could throw moves like him. But he wasn't a solo artist. Clearly his best bet to get in would be the Small Faces. In fact, it's suprising they aren't already in. An amazing and influential band.

with some of the pityful choices the hall has made it is a travisty that steve was not inducted until 2012. finally got in with small faces/faces. i don't thing they would have been chosen if not for rod stewart. steve was true rock and roll. voice and live performance were untouchable, even by rod. humble pie was the hardest working band in rock and roll in the early 70's. how do rap artists get in the rock and roll hall of fame anyway?
