What a cool site, too bad there's not much recent traffic judging by this page. If Rise Against isn't voted into the Hall of Fame it's honestly a travesty. I haven't followed much of their music post 2012, but anything I have heard is so wide appealing it's hard to see how they won't be voted in on what is likely to become 20 years of very mainstream success since "Sufferer & The Witness". Add to that the late '90's/early 2000's punk credit these guys should have still to this day from their early Chicago hardcore punk roots up to "Siren Sound of the Counter Culture" blending those punk aspects throughout their career while becoming more widely appealing is something the whole team around this band should be credited for.

Im not a hardcore fan nowadays, but looking at how long and consistent these gents have been together through a typically unforgiving genre, to mainstream rock success is laudable on its own. Going back and listening to the two aforementioned albums as well as "Appeal To Reason", and back to "The Unraveling" & "Revolutions Per Minute" demonstrates how adaptive their material has been over the years while still in many ways being a literal siren sound to the counter-culture.
