I wouldn't be the man I am today if I had not heard Petras Beat the system at Winema church camp on the Oregon coast in the summer of 1981. I've seen them anytime they come near Portland Oregon and just fulfilled a bucket list item by flying to Missouri this last October of 2020 to see them. It was everything I imagined and more. What a blessing they have been to me and many others.
My vote is for them to be voted into the hall of fame.

Petra along with numerous other Christian bands and artists deserve induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame but probably won't make it due to just being Christian. We unfortunately live in a increasingly secular society without Christian values. We need to change this mentality and start by inducing Petra and other Christian artists in.
