Pat Travers is a very underrated blues-rock guitar player in my opinion. I am not saying he is worthy, but he is a very overlooked rock n roll artist.

The only major artist that I know of who has covered Pat Travers is Paul Gilbert(Live). He is such an underrated artist. I think I would put him with Alvin Lee as a journeyman who may have limited influence, but is a great player.

Not a very influential or innovative (that I know of), so no to the RRHOF, but Pat Travers is a very underrated musician.

PT most definitely belongs there. He's still got it and he's still delivering it regularly. It's a no brainer imo.
