The Barry Manilow of the Nineties. I enjoyed the Barry Manilow of the Seventies, but once was enough!

The best/worst memory of him...the 1989 Grammy awards, where he sings "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You" (a hugely tragic song) with saxophone backup from Kenny G (who can't stop grinning)...then later, when he wins an award for butchering Percy Sledge's "When a Man Loves a Woman," he FORGETS to thank Sledge!

I assume that this is how Bolton has been eligible since 2000. The first I heard of him was the late 1980s, which would put his induction sometime around, say, 2013 or 2014. Anyone know anything more about this?
