Considering Marky Mark was the most influential rapper/songwriter of the 21st century, he's definitely in. :)

The intelligence and vast array of insight Marky Mark provides has not only influenced millions of musicians around the world, but has also brought 24 multi-platinum albums, 234 hits singles and 45 #1s on the Billboard charts. Marky is also responsible for inventing rap, R&B, and gospel. He's a lock. The Funky Bunch is also good.

You have to admit, of all the Marks in the world, he is probably the Marky-est. I guess that's worht something in terms of Hall of Fame eligibility.

Hey JD, which "world" are we talking about here? I don't think you're referring to Earth?

I am going to guess that JD is being a bit sarcastic. If not, perhaps he meant bought and not brought.

As I'm typing this it says that 35% out of 162 people voted "yes" so do any of the 57 people who voted "yes" care to explain why?

Part of the apparent criterion for induction into the Hall is influence. I am led to believe that Marky Mark was the chief influence for...young males to wear their pants so that their underwear shows. (God, I must be getting old.) So he did provide influence for one person; the old guy on "American Idol" who sang "Pants on the Ground." Anyone think this is hall-worthy?

No chance in hell... One of the worst rappers ever... He
Recognized this after a while... And fortunately for the world, moved into acting... The rest is history... If there was an actors hall of fame though Mark Wahlberg would be in
