If they can come up with something much better than that Thrift Shop song, then yeah maybe. Sorry, that song just got annoying after the third time I heard it. I thought it was cool at first

Saw this act at Voodoo Music Fest. Had heard their entire Bonnarro set from VIP campground just over wall from What Stage, but this was 1st time I had seen them perform. Really enjoyed set. Had the backup singers who play on their 2 big hits. Both Macklamore & Ryan Lewis have heartfelt comments & stories they share during the set. I like their message. Wish best for this act.

Thrift shop may be the most popular (although Can't Hold Us has definitely gotten attention) but it is NOT the song that should represent their abilities. Coming from Seattle, I looked into the entire Heist album the day it came out, and I had also been listening from a few years before. They have truly better songs, and I hope for the best!

The Heist does not represent Macklemore's best work... His earlier solo albums do... Check out The Language of My world... Really thoughtful stuff... Macklemore should get in... But not Ryan Lewis.

They deserve it for Same Love alone. Songs like Thrift Shop are just an added bonus.

Saw them perform briefly (before Bonnaroo got temporarily rained out that night) on the What Stage for the second time. And even coincidentally, in the same spot as I did three years ago. These guys were very energetic on stage and a great presence. I do have a change of heart for "Thrift Shop" and "Can't Hold Us Down" is one of my favorites.
