Mack's solos influenced a generation of Rock guitarist. In 1963 he developed the guitar style which came to be identified with Blues/Rock. The hit singles "Memphis" and "Wham".

If the guy who started blues-rock guitar, and virtuoso rock guitar, generally, can't do any better than his published odds on this website, the RRHOF must not be about Rock and Roll any more. What a shame.

OF COURSE Lonnie Mack should be in the RRHOF!

STRIKE LIKE LIGHTNING is probably a top 50 album.
"Too rock for country. too country for rock and roll" sums it up
