Remember, innovation and impact are 2 major factors. Just because you like them does not mean the band was innovative. LoG's got at least one more decade to go, so we'll sit and watch.

Well, they are the leaders of New Wave of American Heavy Metal, and every NWAHM band or metal-core band takes their sound from them or KSE.

I originally had my doubts about them. But they're ok actually.
Let's wait till 2025 and see where they are at that point.

Great band. I'm glad they've managed to make it to the mainstream and still keep their edge. They're not Hall worthy right now but they're not eligible for another 15 years. Let's see what they do over the next 10-12 years.

Saw this band play in Other Tent at Bonnaroo one fine Saturday evening. Clutch played before them & I was pretty close & when that set ended I was able to move up to front row, center. Settled down for the wait & 20 mins or so later an announcement comes on that we have to evacuate the Centeroo, due to big storm coming. In hindsight, I should have just gone & jumped in a portajohn, but I left & went back to campsite.

When they let us back in, I was 3rd row center & that's how I began their raucous set. These guys are pretty hardcore & their fans are too. Was squeezed pretty good from behind all the time I was up front. Never panicked, due to being close to rail & could jump it if I had to. Would not have wanted to fall down, although that would be hard to do when in a people sandwich.

After I got out to get some pics, the lead singer stopped the show momentarily & said something to effect of 'Just saw security removing some girl from down front, she was crying. Hope you hippies understand that you're not watching some BS band play, you're at a f**king Lamb of God set!!!'. They then proceeded to thrash on. Ended up with biggest mosh pit I have seen at a Bonnaroo set.
