Essential Song: "Dazed & Confused" (1967)

In addition to writing a famous Led Zeppelin song, Jake Holmes also had a successful streak writing jingles in the 1970s, including "I'm a Pepper, You're a Pepper," Gillette's "The Best a Man Get," and the U.S. Army's "Be All That You Can Be."
