If he keeps up the astounding work, it's inevitable that he'll make it in.

He's already amassing a great body of work, as Born Sinner and 2014 Forest Hill Drives were successfully executed albums, and were major. In addition to a few hits like Crooked Smile, She Knows, and Who Dat'.

J. Cole will save rap, and for those of you who believe J. Cole is all the same, he most definitely is not. He's bringing the authenticity back.

J. Cole will be a legend, and will finish somewhere among one of the greatest rap artists of all time to pick up the microphone, (he already is).

J. Cole will be an icon, and I will say yes to him being inducted, but he won't be inducted his first eligible year.

Saw him perform at Bonnaroo. He was one of the acts I was looking forward to seeing. I've heard many music experts say J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar are basically the best real rappers today. I concur. J. Cole is definitely not in any particular category of rap or hip-hop. He just does his own thing, which is what is needed today.
