Saw this band at The Hangout. Very enthusiastic crowd. Lead singer was doing fine till he mentioned that someone had been crowd surfing & today 'don't let anyone fall, etc. etc.'. Well, after that about 10 or 20 of them started doing that & I was right up front & had to watch for these doofuses, instead of being able to groove to the beat.

I had to get out of there after about 10 minutes of that. Sorta pissed me off.

They are a very talented group, though.

HELL YES!!! Imagine Dragons deserve it. They have good stuff so far. And i'm suprised "Radioactive" isn't an essential song. If they can experiment and grow with a techno-rock sound, they're in!!

Now, personally I've never been a big fan of modern pop. That doesn't mean I hate it, but it isn't quite my favorite. I accidentally clicked on the music video for "Shots" and has been hooked since. They have a really great techno-rock vibe and seem decent live. (never been, myself.) They seem to have gotten fairly popular due to their 3rd studio album "Evolve" and don't seem to be stopping. I think these guys may inspire others with their sound. So, if these guys put out a few more albums, I think they'll be quick to first in line when their eligible. It's all a matter of staying relevant and active.

Hell no! Imagine Dragons is an embarrassing boil in alternative music and music and general. Also, all of their albums as of now have actually gotten mixed to negative reviews.

I hate to say it, but after listening to this band for a while: they've become one of my all time favorite bands. Maybe not top 20, but near. However, they released the new album Origins. Was super excited for this. What I ended up with was a few good songs (Natural, Machine, West Coast, Digital, and Love. The first one I hope to make essential next year.) and a whole lot of songs that were just bad, weird, and all around terrible. I'm looking at the two of you, Bullet in a Gun and Stuck! For sure their weakest work so far. I still think these guys will be shove ins when eligible, but that's just my little update/opinion on them.

So far, Imagine Dragons is one of those future eligible bands I'm not expecting to see in the Hall. One of my problems with those guys musically is their lyrics are too repetitive at times.

Unlike Twnety-One Pilots, It's very likely the Dragons' musical styles are at their peak with Evolve; they have hit plateau and the audience seem to have gotten bored of their sound unless they make something more innovative (even if they have to jump on bandwagons while thinking outside of the box to some extent).

Then again, I could be wrong, since there are acts in the Hall whose music were at it's peak.

Really not into this band, bland corporate EDM + arena rock stuff.

Why are there comments from "me" on here talking about how much I love this band? I'm really not fond of these guys. Lmao. Also, "top 20"? Really? Somebody needs to get a better taste in music. These guys are like a Nature Valley Granola bar: bland, tasteless, forgettable, and probably not worth bringing up. Though, I will admit, I Don't Know Why is a pretty good track.

About two or three years ago, I thought Imagine Dragons had a good shot at making the Hall. Now I'm not so sure; when "Evolve" was out, they were seemingly one of the hottest bands. But since then, they haven't done much, and have shown some of the characteristics of a flash-in-the-pan. Maybe in a few years this will change, but for now...

They're this generation's Creed. Pretentious, overwrought stadium "rock".

^no way!
Creed was awesome, and they rocked! Imagine Dragons is a pop band with no guitars that only beta males listen to
