One of the "Canterbury era" groups I believe.

They were a prog supergroup. Phil Miller (Of Matching Mole), Pip Pyle (Of Gong) and Richard Sinclair (Of Caravan). Another member was Phil's brother Steve Miller (No relation to The Joker)
