Giorgio Moroder is the godfather of electronic music, and a master producer. He should have been inducted a long time ago!

Couldn't agree more on all above comments. Please give his minor US hit from early 1972 "Son of my father". You won't be disappointed--a most innovative, peppy synth/moog filled tune.

I'm surprised he got so little votes. He also is a performer. He is the Hendrix of Synthesizers.not to mention a superb songwriter and producer. The man is a musical genius . Incredibly influential. What a shame it appears he is totally unrecognized and will never be inducted. The fact alone that his song with Donna, is considered a landmark in music should be enough, alone..

If people really believe there's a Stranger Things bump for Kate Bush, the same thing could happen for Giorgio Moroder because of "The NeverEnding Story," perhaps for musical excellence.
