2 comments so far (post your own)I finally saw this wonderful band up at Mercury Ballroom in Louisville. They played to a raucous crowd of about 300. Band played a good selection of hits & some of their most recent material. Lead singer was having a great time up there. He never stops moving. Had a time trying to get some good pics of him. I was on the rail, in front of the bassist. He's the only member of band who has no vocal duties. When I moved from that spot to look at merch, I gave my spot to this young lady & I got a look like I've rarely received in life (ha, ha). Posted by Paul in KY on Wednesday, 05/31/2017 @ 07:25am |
Thanks for the recommendation, Paul! I did like Franz Ferdinand back in the day and I enjoy listening to their few hits they had. I can picture the lead singer being very active and energetic on stage. I'm sure to make them on my bucket list. Hopefully they'll turn out at a festival in the future or in my neck of the woods.
