"Musical excellence is the essential qualification for induction."

How does one begin the induction process for this artist? I believe she is eligible before 2010.

A fantastic artist that I believe has contributed so much to the Music.

Heh, actually, she just barely snuck into THIS year. Enya's first credited release was on the 1985 soundtrack album for "The Frog Prince"; her first album, self-titled, wasn't released until 1987.

Although I love Enya dearly and own everything she ever whispered on a recording and would stalk endlessly if I didn't have to keep a job, and I have a fairly broad tolerance of all types of rock and roll music, I just cannot by any means consider Enya a rock and roll artist.

Prolific, yes. Innovative, absolutely. Talented, achingly. Rock and roll? Not even a little bit.

Moni3-I couldn't agree more...thank you for being so objective.

Well, she's not very prolific, is she? Putting out a new album every five years or so?

I agree she's not "rock 'n' roll", but so many people aren't and I love her dearly!
