THE BOSS!!! He's been so good for so long! I saw his famous concert in New York (around 2001?) in DVD and I was in awe.He is so passionate and has so much energy I could not believe it! Nobody like him, period.

Obviously he deserves his spot, but I always thought he acted like an ass for stating that "You(Jackson Browne) wrote the songs they wished they (The Eagles) had written". No need to tear down fellow musicians Bruce, I'd argue the Eagles wrote just as many classics as you

Not even close.

I prefer John Mellencamp over Bruce Springsteen.

I always appreciate when musicians are candid and honest of there feelings about other groups. And I could not agree more what Bruce said about the eagles .Understand Eagle fans popular songs they maybe but writing is not as strong and the boss is right on the pulse.

Springsteen had his share of great songs, but I always found him slightly overrated and overplayed. I'm not sure if he really deserves the Hall of Fame.
