I know these gents will never get in, but right now I have half their songs running through my head.

I don't blame you for no knowing many of their songs. I probably wouldn't have remembered anything else they did except for the fact that I came across an old tape w/a song called "Rosealia" on it, & I tracked it down tho them. It's currently lodged in the portion of my brain that hasn't been numbed by the 101 degree heat we're expecting today.

In the words of a certain famous band: "Welcome to the Jungle", indeed!

Like their album 'Deluxe'. Some catchy songs on it.

Better Than Ezra won't make the RRHOF but I would put Deluxe on King's Mt. Rushmore of albums with U2 War,Def Leppard Pyromania,Bryan Adams Reckless.

Really thought their sound was excellent. Songs like Rosealia,Porcelain,The Killer Inside Me resonate with the listener. They get into your skin & bones. Can't get them out of your head.

Their next CD was killer too. Desperately Wanting was one of
my FAV songs of the 90's.
Remind me of Dokken & .38 Special in that they made excellent songs but couldn't smash the glass ceiling to super (stadr) stardom. KING

These guys are still touring today with a new album but have moved to more of a pop sound than their traditional southern rock. Their first 3 albums were as good as anything on the airwaves and will always be one of my favorite bands. Kevin Griffin is one of our great songwriters of this era.
